Using your strengths to your advantage, while making sure that the pillars of well-being, positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning, accomplishment, and vitality; are being practiced.

Complex Trauma
Adverse Childhood Experiences impact how we experience emotions, regulate, identify ourself, and our stress tolerance. For more information, visit Complex Trauma Resources.

Emotion Focused Family Therapy
EFFT is attachment and emotion focused to help and individual understand their caregiving stances.

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
Understanding how our thoughts impact our feelings and our actions can provide insight on where to provide support. This approach primarily focuses on cognitive interventions to improve quality of life.

Fees

$150 for a 60 minute session online or in person.

Typically fees are paid for by the client, and then submitted to their benefits/insurance provider for reimbursement. However, in some situations, through a referral from an Employee Assistance Program, fees will be covered by that program. Presently, I am on First Nation Health Authority, WorkBC, and LifeWorks/TELUS Health. Ask your employer, or contact your benefits/insurance provider to see if you qualify.
